AI supplementary frame - make the movie silky and smooth like hair

In this video, the topic is how to increase the frame rate of movies. Currently, most movies and TV shows are shot using 24 to 30 frames per second (fps), which is considered the standard. Our eyes can perceive up to 12 independent images per second, and the brain perceives anything above that as motion. Modern movies using 24 fps are smooth, but older movies shot at lower fps (e.g. 16) look sped up when played at 24 fps. To fix this, frames can be inserted in post-production or the footage can be re-shot.
